Important customer information
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog dar. After entering your personal information and by clicking the button Order in the final step of the ordering process, you make a binding order of the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. The purchase contract is concluded with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order.

The contract will be saved and sent to you by e-mail. You can view the general terms of contract at any time on this page and save them on your computer. The confirmation of receipt by e-mail also gives you a link to see the status of your order.
The estimated delivery time can be found in the product description. If no information is provided there, the delivery usually takes place within 7 days of order acceptance, but at the latest within 30 days. The shipping costs amount to 8 Euro.
You can revoke your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail to) or by returning the goods, unless you have exercised your commercial or self-employed professional activity (orders through entrepreneurs). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and a detailed instruction in writing. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient. In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (such as interest) surrendered. If you can not give us back the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to their examination, as it would have been possible for you in the store, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that affects its value. Parcel shipping items are to be returned at our risk, non-parcels are picked up at your place.
You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you at a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation still not the consideration or a contract agreed partial payment.
Excluded from the return are:
- goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or that have expired,
- audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer, - already commissioned machines and accessories used, such as sanding pads, polish etc.

Warranty and customer service: The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions, whereby we are entitled, in the event of a defect, to deliver or repair the goods of your choice. If the rectification finally fails or if the subsequently delivered goods are also defective, you can return the goods for reimbursement of the agreed price or reduction of the purchase price desire.
